Introduction to the openKylin community
openKylin community is an open source community founded by basic software and hardware enterprises, non-profit organizations, community organizations, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions and individual developers on the basis of open source, voluntarism, equality and cooperation. It is committed to building an open source community of desktop operating system through open source and open community cooperation and promoting the prosperity and development of Linux open source technology and its software and hardware ecology. openKylin Project (this “Project”) is incubated and hosted by OpenAtom Foundation (“OpenAtom”) currently.
Contributor License Agreement
Contributor License Agreement of this Project is aimed to ensure that each Contributor has the necessary right he/she granted and to ensure that each Contributor grants an irrevocable Intellectual Property Right to OpenAtom and enable OpenAtom to sublicense the "contribution" submitted by the Contributor under the open source license of the Project.
Contributor License Agreements for this Project include the openKylin Organizational Contributor License Agreement and the openKylin Individual Contributor License Agreement. These two agreements clarify the specific intellectual property rights (copyright and patent right ) terms when the organization contributor and individual contributor submit their "contributions" to this Project. These two Contributor License Agreements also clarify the enforcement manner and applicable law for subsequent dispute of the Project.
